How to Register on Kayzen’s eAcademy

  1. Visit the Kayzen eAcademy Platform: Open your web browser and go to the eAcademy platform by entering the URL www.eacademy.kayzenlearning.com
  2. Click on the “Register” Button: Once you land on the eAcademy platform, locate the “Register” button at the top right corner of the page and click on it.
  3. Fill in Required Information: Complete all the necessary fields in the “Register an account” form with your relevant information.
  4. Solve the CAPTCHA: Solve the CAPTCHA to verify that you are a human user.
  5. Click the “Sign up” Button: Once you’ve completed the CAPTCHA, click the “Sign up” button to submit your registration.
  6. Confirmation of Registration: Upon successful registration, your name should appear next to your newly created profile on the top right side of the page.

How to Access the Course Catalog
  1. Navigate to the eAcademy Home Page: Open your web browser and go to the eAcademy platform by entering the URL eacademy.kayzenlearning.com
  1. Click on the “Courses” Option: Once you’re on the eAcademy home page, locate the “Courses” option from the list at the top of the page. Click on it to reveal a drop-down menu.
  2. Select “All Courses” from the Drop-Down Menu: In the drop-down menu, you’ll see various options. Choose “All Courses” from the list and click on it.
  3. Explore the Course Catalog: After selecting “All Courses,” you’ll be directed to the course catalog page. Here, you will find a list of all the courses available on the platform.
  1. Browse Courses: Scroll through the course catalog to explore the different courses offered. Each course description includes details such as course title, instructor information, certification, duration, and any prerequisites.

How to Start a Course
  1. Select a Course from the Course Catalog: Visit the course catalog page on the Kayzen eAcademy platform and choose a course that interests you.
  2. Add Course to Cart: Once you’ve selected a course, review the course information and click on the “Add to Cart” button associated with the course listing. After adding the course to your cart, click on the “View Cart” button to proceed.
  3. Review and Proceed to Checkout: On the cart page, review the course details and then click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to continue.
  4. Fill in Payment Information: You will be directed to the checkout page. Here, fill in the required payment information as prompted. Ensure that all details are entered correctly.
  5. Place Order: After entering the payment information, click on the “Place Order” button to finalize your course purchase. Follow any additional instructions provided to complete the payment process.
  6. Navigate to the Course: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive confirmation of your order. Navigate back to the Kayzen eAcademy platform and locate the course you’ve purchased.
  7. Start the Course: On the course page, click on the “Start Now” button to reveal the course content and start your learning journey.

Exploring Course Content
  1. Course Content Display: Once you’ve started a course, the course curriculum will be displayed on the left side of the screen, while the course content will be displayed on the right side. Use the course curriculum displayed on the left side of the screen to navigate to specific modules or lessons within the course.
  2. Navigate Between Modules: Clicking on a module or lesson title will direct you to the corresponding content on the right side of the screen.
  3. Navigate Between Lessons: To move through the course, use the “Next” and “Previous” buttons provided within the course interface. These buttons allow you to navigate sequentially through the lessons in the course.
  4. Play Video Content: If the course includes video content, you can play the videos by clicking the play icon located underneath the video player. You can also use the video player’s controls to pause and forward. You can click anywhere on the player bar to seek a specific point in the video content.To adjust your viewing experience, you can toggle between Fullscreen and window mode using the buttons provided on the top right of the screen. Clicking the Fullscreen button will expand the content to fill your entire screen, providing a distraction-free viewing experience. Clicking the button again will return the content to window mode, where content will be displayed with the course curriculum beside it. While taking a course, if you need to close the content temporarily or return to the main course interface, you can use the close button located on the top right of the screen. Clicking this button will close the current content view and return you to the course interface.
  1. Access Reading Materials: Reading materials, such as PDF documents or other resources, can be accessed by clicking the download icon next to the respective documents. This will allow you to download and view the materials on your device for offline reference if desired.

How to Take and Complete Assessments
  1. Starting the Assessment: Once you’ve read the assessment instructions, locate and click the “Start” button to begin the assessment. This will initiate the assessment process and display the first question.
  2. Answering Questions: Read each question carefully and select the appropriate answer by clicking the option or the provided buttons alongside it. Ensure that you review your responses before moving to the next question.
  3. Navigating Between Questions: To navigate through the questions, use the “Next” or “Previous” buttons provided on the assessment interface. These buttons allow you to move forward or backward through the questions as needed.
  4. Completing the Assessment: After answering all the questions, continue navigating through the assessment until you reach the last question. Once you have successfully gone through all questions, navigate to and click the “Finish” button to submit your responses. Upon clicking the “Finish” button, your responses will be submitted, and you will be able to view your score. Depending on the assessment requirements, you may also retake the assessment, and receive feedback or additional information about your performance.

User Profile and Settings
  1. User Profile: From the home page, locate the profile icon next to your name at the top right side of the screen. Hover over this icon to reveal a drop-down menu with various options, including “My Courses”, “My Orders”, “Become an Instructor”, “My Certificates”, “Edit Profile”, and “Logout”. Click on the profile icon or your profile image to access your full profile page
  2. Exploring Profile Options: On your full profile page, you can explore different settings and preferences, including password settings, order history, wishlist, certificates, and enrolled course history.
  3. Viewing Course Details: Click on the “My Courses” option to access details of your learning history. This page provides information about enrolled courses, finished courses, courses in progress, and passed courses. You can also view subscription expiration dates and times for each course.
  4. Managing Learning History: Utilize the “My Courses” section to manage your learning history effectively. You can track your progress, review completed courses, and monitor course subscriptions.
  5. Setting Preferences: On your profile page, you can set preferences according to your This may include notification settings or other customization options. locate the editable fields such as your biography, and social media links. Click on the field you want to change and make the desired edits, such as typing in a new name or updating social media URLs. Ensure to save your changes before exiting the profile page.
  6. Saving Changes: After making your edits, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Save Changes” Click on this button to save your changes and update your profile information.
